And why we work differently
Ivory Hub started because we were frustrated clients before we became providers. We knew what exceptional garden care should feel like, and we couldn't find it anywhere.
Our founder spent seven years managing a historic estate in Hampshire. During that time, she worked with dozens of landscape contractors and gardening services.
The pattern was always the same: promising start, gradual decline, eventual replacement.
The problem wasn't skill. Most knew their plants. The problem was scale and structure.
When your business model requires servicing 40+ properties to stay profitable, quality becomes mathematically impossible.
We built Ivory Hub on three principles that most services claim but few actually practice:
The same specialist visits your property every time. They develop an instinct for your land that casual rotation can never replicate.
We deliberately limit our client roster. When we're at capacity, we maintain a waiting list rather than compromise standards.
You're not a transaction. We learn how you use your garden, what matters to you, and what you notice.
Each client is assigned a lead horticulturist with at least 8 years of estate experience. They're supported by our central team for seasonal intensives, specialist tasks, and coverage during holidays.
This means you get dedicated attention without dependency on a single person.
We're selective about the properties we take on, and you should be selective about who you trust with your grounds.
